Set up was quick and easy but package was missing the commode tray. The instructions have it listed as a part of the chair, I have tried to message the company but I get no response. Also the wheels are not that great, very hard to push on carpet or over any bumps.the only thing that would make this chair better is if it had a drop down arm.Because of my brothers disabilities the fold back is great for him in the shower, now i have a 7x4 ft shower space so I have lots of room but this still is a great chair for those who have trouble sitting up straightI've seen these on other sites for up to $700. Great bargain & has been used frequently. Don't waste your money on more expensive models, tho a pan under the "seat" would be a great idea.This product comes with no assembly instructions!
