On the advice of a friend, I bought this gaming chair instead of a standard office chair. It is not only much more comfortable than my more expensive office chair, but has many more features. The vibrating lumbar pillow has massage action which is a bit mild for my taste, but it's a nice thing to have. It has several different massage settings. The power cord broke quickly, and I was pretty upset, but I contacted the manufacturer, and they replaced it immediately, no questions asked. Because I am a little short, the head rest pillow sits too high for me. I solved this problem with a few velcro strips and now my pillow is fixed exactly where I like it, and I put a few other strips on my chair so I can pull the pillow and reset it where I need it, and not have it wiggling around when I don't want. It was fairly easy to put together. I did it with no help in less than an hour. The instructions were clear. The seat tilts forward as you get up, which is better for your back but takes some getting used to. I like how the arms rests swivel a bit inward and outward so I can get closer to my desk when I am working. The seat is a little less cushy than I like, but I got used to it quickly. I can always add another seat pillow. I had back pain before using this chair. A week later, the back pain is gone. At what I paid, it's a lot cheaper than a trip to the physical therapist. A good value. EDIT: I've edited my review. I was having a problem with this chair tipping and it turns out I didn't properly secure a bolt. MY mistake, not the manufacturer's. The chair is fine.
